Cassie Steele was born Cassandra Samantha Steele on December 2, 1989 in Canada. At the age of 8, she was very hard-working, and busy training for over 14 hours a week for gymnastics. When she had to quit gymnastics, she started taking acting classes. After filming several commercials, she landed her first professional role as Young Sydney on the show "Relic Hunter". After that, at the age of 11, she was cast as Manny Santos on the television show Degrassi: The Next Generation on the N. On the show, she plays a good girl gone bad.
That all happened after she kept being called "cute" when she wanted to be called hot. So, she started dressing in sexy clothes. Now, she still dresse like that, but she doesn't act all trampy.
